Effective January 2012, Communities of America is now under the umbrella of Vanguard Management Group. Owners will continue to experience the hands-on touch they are accustomed to while benefiting from Vanguard’s responsive customer service along with user friendly technology, innovation, and tools that make communications and community awareness both easy as well as interactive.
Included in Management responsibilities:
  • Keep and maintain financial books and records
  • Prepare and render statements of income and expenses
  • Prepare records for tax purposes
  • Prepare and mail Membership meeting notices
  • Prepare proposed operating budget
  • Rules and Regulations:  will implement and enforce such Rules and Regulations as promulgated by the Association
  • Bill and collect all assessments from members
  • Prepare checks for all bills/invoices
  • Inspect property on a weekly basis
  • Receive and respond to inquiries from Association members
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors of the Association
  • Maintain a current list of owners and addresses
  • Mail new owners a welcome packet including governing documents
