	PAYMENT OPTIONS
		Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery if you are not using an online payment option. Your monthly assessment of $176.00 is due on the first of each month.
	•	Preferred Option - Pay Online
		You will need your account number. Go to https://www.mysmartstreet.com/payment2.asp?a=252&b=12 and select a payment method:
		Option(1) - One Time Credit Card Payment. There is a $9.95 fee for each credit card payment. VISA is not accepted.
		Option(2) - One Time eCheck Payment. This option is free.
		Option(3) - Recurring Payment. Setup or edit recurring payments.
	•	Pay by Check or Bill Payment through Homeowner's Bank
		Please reference your account number ([Prop Acct #]) on all payments and use the coupons provided at the beginning of the year, if possible.
		Make check payable to Phoebe Park Association.

	•	Automatic Bank Withdrawal (ACH)
		Fill out the ACH form (click here) and return to the accounting department. We will withdraw your assessment when billed.

	•	Additional Information
		Do not send cash. No foreign currency accepted. Use you account number. Do not staple or clip anything together. Do not send correspondence to the payment address. eCheck is preferable over your bank's Bill Pay option.

	IRRIGATION SCHEDULE
	IRRIGATION SCHEDULE as of 5-12-09. The schedule for watering is set as follows:
	Phoebepark Avenue
	Watering occurs Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 7pm for a period of 11 hours.
	Phoebenest Drive
	Watering occurs Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday starting at 7pm for a period of 11 hours.
	During the 11 hours of watering, the sequence is programmed as follows:
	Sprays on street side of villas and between villas first Rotors on back side of villas next Low volume misters last
	If you notice that your area is not being watered according to this schedule, please contact Communities of America at 813-685-6473 and report the problem.
